Jamie Minton

Founder & CEO

Jamie is the Founder and CEO of LeaderPass, a media and tech company that brings together his relationships with leading experts, award-winning strategic partners in production, and 18+ years of his experience producing global simulcast events.

Jamie was first introduced to the event, speaker/author business, and satellite broadcast world after he took a job directing the corporate simulcast division for best-selling author John C. Maxwell.

When the company sold in late 2004, Jamie launched his own business eventually becoming known as Luminary Events, where he continued to build in the corporate education space, soon expanding into the online digital course arena. With leadership development as Luminary's central theme Jamie's team was able to grow niche specific global simulcasts reaching into the U.S. military, network marketing, and healthcare.

As satellite broadcasts transitioned to streaming technology, Jamie decided to enhance his offering by building a private software platform capable of delivering live events and on-demand training programs securely to individuals around the world.

Jamie has a heart for bringing together experts and thought-leaders at the highest level with those individuals who are hungry to become better through self-learning and personal development.

Joe Carter

President & COO

Serving as President and COO of LeaderPass, Joe strongly believes that LeaderPass is a place for anyone hungry to learn from proven experts. Our LeaderPass experts have succeeded at the highest level, so who better to teach than those who’ve mastered their expertise. Our LeaderPass events division is the future of learning and training. We're positioned strongly to deliver supreme event experiences both online and in-person.

Joe comes from the world of traditional and digital media. On the traditional side, Joe worked in broadcast television at CNN, NBC, FOX and CBS as a sports/news anchor and reporter. Joe spent the first 16 years of his career in front of the camera covering some of the biggest stories in sports and news.

His digital media experience comes from the first company he founded and ran, Hencar. Joe started Hencar as a production company focused on developing video content for digital platforms only. As more and more of Hencar’s clients asked for methods to get an ROI on the video content the company began adding additional digital services. That paved the way for Joe and his team to master the marketing and monetization of any form of digital content.

It's Joe’s personal mission to create a company and customer culture that lifts every person up, no matter their skill level or their background, so that each person can believe in themselves enough to positively grow both personally and professionally.
