During this period, she honed her skills and knowledge, providing both Introductory and Advanced certification training to over a thousand clients as the Training Director and serving as the Consultant Director to hundreds of independent Birkman consultants.
In 2000, Patti founded Corbett Consulting Group to focus on her true passion—direct client engagement and applying her Birkman expertise to address unique organizational needs.
