The challenge
Pullspark, a reputable event production company, who's client, Chick-Fil-A, was rolling out a national internal training campaign to add value to it's operators and team members. The reach spanned across nine cities, targeting 500 in-person attendees in each city.
The intricacies of the task brought to our team included creating a white label solution that handled registration and onboarding with a Chick-fil-A environment. The necessary features included organizing e-ticket sales and distribution that could be easily scanned at the event entry, educating operators on the LeaderPass platform, tracking individual attendees for effective participation monitoring, and developing an online support experience for seamless onboarding and engagement.
