The challenge

Tiffany Gravelle, with over two decades of experience in non-profit event planning, faced the daunting task of translating her extensive knowledge into a format accessible to a broader audience. She sought to empower others in the non-profit sector with her insights on event planning, sales, and sponsor relations, but needed a platform that could effectively capture and disseminate her wisdom.

Our approach

In our collaboration with Tiffany, we began with our Blueprinting session meticulous process of content structuring, where Tiffany's knowledge was organized into a cohesive, comprehensive curriculum. From there, LeaderPass Studios team was instrumental in crafting high-quality, engaging video lessons, making the learning experience not only educational but also engaging and interactive.

The result

"Hello Sales: Mastering Even " was launched as a full training program. Hello Sales has been a breakthrough for Tiffany and now allows her to teach the art of non-profit event mastery to others coming up in her field.

By offering an affordable, virtual training option, Tiffany has been able to scale her knowledge to an unprecedented extent.

I provided 25 lessons I could teach based on my experience as a non-profit event producer. They provided back a fully built out blueprint with lesson categories, micro-topics based on my outline. All I had to do was show up to the studio, be myself, follow their lead, and teach what I already knew.
