Honor2Lead aimed to create a dynamic, all-day event offering life skills, leadership, and professional development training to service members and veterans.

The challenge was to produce a fully engaging stage event, complete with a musical opener, movie premiere, entrepreneur competition show, and awards ceremony, while also captivating a remote audience. Additionally, they sought to provide an episodic experience with rich storytelling that would inspire attendees globally.

Our approach

LeaderPass embraced this multifaceted challenge by producing a stage event that was simulcasted around the world. Our team ensured that the live event's vibrancy and engagement translated effectively to the remote audience. We integrated various elements such as music, film, and competitions into the broadcast, maintaining the excitement and dynamism of the live experience.

The platform was also equipped to launch an 8-season series featuring the Honor2Lead story, enriching the event with historical narratives and motivational content, creating an episodic experience that resonated with attendees and members.
