The challenge
The primary challenge for Jason Selk was translating his dynamic in-person workshops into a digital format without losing the essence and impact of his live coaching. This transformation needed to retain the engagement and depth of his two-day workshop, making it accessible to a wider audience.
Our approach
The LeaderPass Studios team embarked on a production process, filming Selk's workshop in Las Vegas with a multi-camera setup. We then meticulously edited the footage, transforming the content into digestible micro-lessons. Each 20-minute session was segmented into 3-6 minute lessons, thoughtfully named and categorized in his exclusive channel, 'Controlling Success.'
Additionally, comprehensive workbooks were created to complement each lesson category, enhancing the learning experience.
The result
Controlling Success' emerged as a flagship digital training program, embodying the essence of Jason Selk's workshops in a convenient, on-demand format. The micro-lesson structure and accompanying workbooks have garnered acclaim, providing users with a transformative learning experience.
